Shipping Policy
All orders placed are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, specific shipping (courier times) may vary please refer to our domestic shipping rates and delivery times below for further information.
If you have not received a confirmation email along with your tracking number please check your junk inbox and double check you have been signed into the right email address you have ordered from. Please note that this may be different from your verified Easy Crypto account if you have used a different email address to order from the Easy Crypto Store.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have not received an order confirmation you can email us at help@easycrypto.ai for further assistance.
Please note that your order will be required to be signed for when delivered. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide or not being signed for at delivery. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or not signed for then we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
If you are not able to sign for your order, please either arrange for this to be delivered to a business address (e.g. where you work during the day) or you can ask for NZPost to leave your parcel, please refer to their website here for further information.

Please note delivery times may defer from the estimated times stated above during seasonal (such as Easter or Christmas) or major unexpected events (such as pandemics or earthquakes, in which case we may enforce a force majeure) during such times please allow up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to arrive. This is to allow time for our stores to be restocked if supply chains have been disrupted. If your order has not been delivered in this timeframe please refer to our Refund & Exchanges policy.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
